TIL-1: The Genius of Hawking

Hello! Will try to learn something new each day and keep you all posted.
TIL 1:
Today I learned that Stephen Hawking used to move a single cheek muscle in order to communicate.
A sensor attached to his glasses would detect the cheek movements, which in turn would move a cursor on a screen that utilized predictive text. (Think 1 cheek movement selection — “Hey” on a screen.)
Most of the text was personalized according to Hawking’s preferences, based on phrases he had previously used.
